Compares Term Life, Whole Life and Universal Life policies. Term life policies are the least expensive options and lasts until the length of the term chosen. The monthly premiums and death benefit are fixed. It has no cash value, dividends or returns. The primary risk of a term life policy is outliving the length of the term, because the policy isn't worth keeping and you lose the investment.

Whole life policies can be kept for life and the premiums are fixed, but much higher than term or universal policies. There is cash value and dividends are available through mutual insurance companies. You can borrow against the cash value, but the cash value does not grow as much as universal life policies.

Indexed Universal Life policies are for life and cost less than whole life, but more than term policies. The premiums and death benefits can be adjusted over time. There is cash value if the plan's investment portfolio does well. It is tied to the market and can fluctuate up and down.

Fixed Annuity options Coming Soon

* For now, we are not offering variable annuities or variable universal life plans. They require an Exchange license and are not in our area of concern.  We want to help families with their health coverage needs and security of life insurance for the inevitable.  Fixed annuities are a more conservative way to invest in your future without the risk of market fluctuations.   We will leave the variable options for the other guys.
